At Orca AI, we are on a mission to make shipping companies rethink the way they operate and empower their crews with AI and automation for a safer and more efficient maritime industry. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, as a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for creating demand generation marketing programs that capture, nurture, and convert leads across multiple channels to accelerate our growth. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams in Sales, Product and Customer Success, and will manage integrated marketing activities to generate leads and strengthen brand awareness.
What will you do?
- Campaign management: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Events management: Plan and manage field marketing activities, including trade shows, conferences, and round tables.
- Organize and execute webinars and virtual events
- Manage content generation for social media, case studies, brochures, and blog posts.
- Create and execute lead lifecycle workflows to ensure optimized delivery of campaigns within Hubspot and SF.
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Experience we're looking for
- 5 years of experience within B2B SaaS marketing
- Good understanding of content and experience in generating marketing materials
- Experience managing vendors (such as PR, Hubspot, SEO)
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Hubspot
- Experience with Google analytics, wordpress, digital marketing tracking and reporting
- Fluent English, with good written and verbal skills
- Superb project management skills, detailed-oriented and extremely organized by nature
